Intimate bodysuits

Underwear in general

We appreciate your understanding, as these measures guarantee safety and confidence for all our customers.

Authorized exchanges (only under special conditions)

We accept exchanges only on products that are NOT for intimate use, provided that:

The garment is new, unused, and in perfect condition.

Keep all original tags.

Present the invoice or proof of purchase.

The request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Approved exchanges can be made for:

✔ Another color or style

✔ Store credit for future purchases

We do not offer cash refunds.

✨ Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive the wrong product or one with a manufacturing defect, you must report it within the first 24 hours of receiving it.

Our team will evaluate the case and, if applicable, we will send:

✔ A product replacement

✔ Or store credit

In these cases, Panty’s City covers the shipping cost.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for voluntary returns or exchanges.

Panty’s City only covers shipping when the error is ours.
